I've thoroughly enjoyed my training at Kickboxing Plus. I was nervous since I've never taken any martial arts classes before, but a friend asked me to try it and I love it. Several weeks into the class, I've learned so much and have fun while getting in shape. This is much more fun than a treadmill. Master Des Jardin adapts his teaching style throughout the class for different learning styles and levels of students in the 13+ class. He works well with special needs children by ensuring that they get the instruction they need. My sons and I take the class together and I'm excited to see our growth in agility, stamina, flexibility, sequencing skills, and ability to advance throught the ranks by learning new skills.

My son has been attending KBP since November and we absolutely love it! He looks forward to going every week and asks everyday if he has class!!
The instructors are beyond amazing and truly love what they do! They make it fun for the kids while teaching all at the same time!

We found Kickboxing Plus by accident but it's been such a great experience! Master Des Jardin leads his students with discipline but also a lot of fun. Great with kids, keeps them motivated and teaches important life skills. Located in the shopping center with the Dunkin on 34. Give it a try!

Both of my boys take classes with Master D. They are not only learning physical skills but also life skills and respect, for themselves and others. My older son just started 2 months ago and is already competing in his first tournament. They love it and we are very happy to be part of the Kickboxing Plus family!

Great instructor!! Class is structured to help you with all body parts and you can do things at your pace if needed with no pressure! Kick boxing and cardio..Music choices motivates you and you will find yourself singing while working out! My motivation and self esteem grows after each class!!! I love it!!!
