Both of my boys take classes with Master D. They are not only learning physical skills but also life skills and respect, for themselves and others. Great instructor!! Class is structured to help you with all body parts and you can do things at your pace if needed with no pressure! Kick boxing and cardio..Music choices motivates you and you will find yourself singing while working out! My motivation and self esteem grows after each class!!! I love it!!!
